Welcome to the Eccentric Mind Off-Shoot Reviews
The name is the Scarlet Chaser/Lady Sakura and I review all sorts of snacks, drinks, and actual food creations.
My tools of the trade are my two Motorola cell phones, my Instant Pot, my beloved grandmother's slow cooker, and old fashioned stove.
This blog will serve as my other reviews that don't show up on Tumblr, Word Press, or Facebook.
I will also provide links to my Instagram so you lovelies can see what I'm up to.
I'm currently on hiatus from Facebook, and I will provide the link for the main page on there.
I felt that it was time to give up on the writings and continue on the path of food and photography.
I want you guys to know that my photography is a hobby and I do not consider myself in any way a professional and I do not have the equipment to consider myself as such.
I will never stop writing, but I will not post anything of that nature on this blog anymore.
