Sakura's Notes: I am picky about my pizza. I am funny about the sauce and cheese used.
I have never been to this location, but the family seems to love the place.

This is the local pizzeria within the Parkchester area. I have family in this area, and they swear by this place. I, on the other hand, had reservations about the hole in the wall.
I stand by what I said, and I will admit that I have had worse pizza from better-looking joints.
The wait time exceeded twenty minutes and the manager had to remind his workers to make a fresh pie.
Overall Opinion: The store is homely and the staff friendly enough. Customer service can become lacking if too many customers enter the store and start placing their orders.
The taste of the pizza wasn't all that appealing to me. The crust was jagged. The sauce and cheese were cold, so I did not get a chance to enjoy a cheese pull.
Customer Service: 6.5/10
Pizza: 5/10
I would like to try their other offerings before I write this place off completely.
