Pizza Review: Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust & Daiya Gluten-Free Fire Roasted Vegetable Pizzas

PSA: I created this review through Google's Gemini. I made a lot of corrections this time around.

Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Vegetable Crust Pizza

Good day to you all, Lady Sakura here, and today I will be discussing the two pizzas I tried for dinner.
I apologize in advance for not taking pictures of the pizzas afterward.

Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust Pizza is a delicious and healthy plant-based option perfect for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. The pizza has a gluten-free crust topped with a flavorful tomato herb sauce, Daiya's Mozzarella Style and Parmesan-style Cutting Board Shreds, and feta-style crumbles. The pizza is also vegan and non-GMO, making it a great choice for people with dietary restrictions.

The Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust Pizza is made with cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and spinach. The crust is made with a blend of gluten-free flours and it is topped with Daiya's vegan mozzarella and Parmesan-style cheese shreds.

I had the opportunity to try the Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust Pizza. The crust was browned nicely, the cheese shreds did not melt completely, and we had to put the pizza back in the oven for a few more minutes.

I was not impressed by Daiya's Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Pizza. It lacked seasoning which prompted Infinite and I to add extra. I recommend this pizza to anyone who is lactose intolerant and needs a greater variety in their diet.

Daiya Gluten-Free Fire-Roasted Vegetable Pizza

Sakura's Note: I do not suffer from gluten intolerance.

The next pizza is Daiya's Gluten-Free Thin Crust Vegetable Pizza. Lady Sakura is no fan of thin-crust pizza. It was never an option when I could eat normal dairy products. Daiya's thin crust varieties are enjoyable, but this pizza offers a lot in the nutrient department.

Like Daiya's other pizzas, it's gluten-free crust and has roasted vegetables, including red onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and roasted garlic. The crust is crispy and flavorful, and the vegetables are roasted to perfection.

I wasn't impressed with the Daiya Gluten-Free Fire Roasted Vegetable Pizza. The crust was crispy and gave a crunchy bite; however, there weren't enough vegetables on the pizza to fully enjoy the supposed fire-roasted flavor. Infinite and I had to season this pizza as well.

Overall Score & Final Impression:

Daiya Thin Crust Gluten-Free Fire-Roasted Vegetable Pizza: 60/100

Daiya Italian Herbs & Cheeze Style Vegetable Crust Pizza: 50/100

That's all for now. You all take care and be well!
